Volunteers
At Sterrenwacht Copernicus everything is done by a group of passionate volunteers. They guide visitors, operate the telescope and give presentations. In addition, they take care of the maintenance of the observatory, work on innovations and carry out projects. There is always enough to do, and that is why we are constantly looking for people who enjoy helping out.
Donors
We are an independent foundation that receives no subsidies. The observatory owes its existence to a group of regular donors.
You can support the observatory by becoming a donor. After registering, you will receive a letter or email at the beginning of each year asking you to transfer your donation.
As a donor you get a discount on our lectures, and there are special, quieter star viewing evenings once every two months.
