As every year, Observatory Copernicus closes its doors in the summer. This gives us the chance to thoroughly tackle the observatory again, as we have done in previous years. In the summer of 2025, too, our volunteers kept working hard.
The entire planet path has been repaved, and a railing has been added at our entrance. In conjunction with the new exhibition, a model of the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram is being added.
But most of the attention this summer went to a larger project, which we will only reveal later. This project is a broadening of the observatory's activities, and as soon as it is finished we will be able to show the universe to our visitors in new ways.
